Fred Sacramone

Chief Executive Officer, Interim Co-CEO, President of Benchmark Builders, Inc. and Director

Fred Sacramone joined FTE Networks in April 2017, when the Company acquired Benchmark Builders, Inc., a leading provider of general contracting management services based in New York. Mr. Sacramone was a co-founder of Benchmark in 2008, and served as the company’s president, continuing in that role following the transaction with FTE while becoming a member of the FTE Networks Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Sacramone held senior roles in project management, overseeing large and complex projects, including work for Rockefeller Group, Simpson Thatcher, Trinity Real Estate, Del Friscos, Depository Trust, and NBC. He attended the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and received a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA ‘91) with a concentration in Finance and Economics.

Stephen Berini

Director

Mr. Berini is a retired real estate development professional who has been winding down The Vesta Group, LLC’s acquisition and development deals since 2013. Mr. Berini co-founded The Vesta Group, LLC in 1996 and served as general partner in all of Vesta’s acquisitions and developments. He has decades of senior management experience in real estate development and finance and has also served on public and private boards. The Company believes Mr. Berini’s expertise in real estate and financing will be a great asset to the Company. Mr. Berini has a BA in History from St. John’s University.

Jeanne Kingsley

Director

Ms. Kingsley served as an Independent Consultant to the Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association from 2013 to 2016, during which time she led the enterprise conversion plan of statutory accounting to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including the design of accounting infrastructure to support the dual (STAT & GAAP) basis. Prior to that, Ms. Kingsley served as an Independent Consultant to American Insurance Group Employee Benefits Division from 2006 to 2008, during which time she oversaw the implementation of a financial control system and strengthened the division’s financial infrastructure. Prior to that, she served as V.P. Finance for Prudential Financial, Inc. from 1995 to 2004, where she led the finance functional transformation for a division with $3 billion of premium revenue. Ms. Kingsley started her career at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Manager (1985-1995) in Audit and Assurance Services. She has a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a certified Public Accountant in New York State. Ms. Kingsley is currently serving her third term as an elected Council member for the Township of Berkeley Heights. She is also a co-founder and trustee of the Berkeley Heights Innovation & Sustainability Alliance Inc. (a 501 (c) (3).

Richard Omanoff

Director

Mr. Omanoff is an entrepreneur and investor who is involved in the transportation and food processing and manufacturing industries.

Irving Rothman

Director

Mr. Rothman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of HPE Financial Services. Prior to joining HPE, Mr. Rothman was President and Chief Executive Officer of Compaq Financial Services Corporation. Mr. Rothman has over 44 years of experience in the financial services industry, and holds a bachelors degree from Rutgers University and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine University.

James E. Shiah

Director

Mr. Shiah served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller at Mead Johnson Nutrition from 2015-2017, during which time he oversaw accounting and reporting, FP&A, taxes, business controls, shared business services, IM, real estate, and other projects. Prior to that, Mr. Shiah served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Coty, Inc. from 2001-2014, during which time he oversaw Coty’s core financial services and governance processes. Prior to that, he served as Regional CFO for Modelez, formerly Nabisco, from 1999-2001, where he oversaw 16 markets in Latin America with revenues of $400M+. Mr. Shiah started his career at Deloitte & Touch as a Senior Manager (1983-1993) and served as Internal Audit Manager for Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1993-1996. He has a BS and MBA (Finance and Accounting) from the University of Buffalo, Jacobs School of Management, and is a certified Public Accountant in New York State.
